    The JINSP ST830E/ST850E spectrometers are purpose-built for spectral domain OCT applications, where they function as the decisive element influencing system performance. Their design directly impacts essential parameters such as the system's frame rate capability and the gradual reduction of signal-to-noise ratio during operation.


    Engineered with a unique optical configuration, the ST830/850E achieves intrinsic wavenumber-linear dispersion that facilitates direct equal-interval sampling. This innovation allows FFT processing without intermediate resampling steps, dramatically simplifying the signal chain while enhancing noise performance. When combined with its high-performance VPH grating (delivering 110dB SNR at 7mW, 120kHz), the system produces outstanding in vivo OCT/OCTA images with remarkable clarity.
