IT2000CE Online Process FTIR Analyzer
Capable of simultaneous measurement of all reaction components, the
IT2000CE delivers immediate feedback about chemical
transformations. The system's live data output allows operators to
monitor reaction velocity, anticipate completion, calculate
conversion percentages, and identify potential issues as they
emerge.
Designed for universal application from benchtop to plant, the
IT2000CE breaks through conventional measurement barriers. It
achieves accurate results with heavily pigmented samples where
traditional methods fail, and precisely quantifies liquid
components in heterogeneous mixtures. The hardware's robust design
ensures continuous operation when exposed to severe process
conditions including thermal stress, pressure extremes, and
corrosive chemical exposure.
